Developing the Next Generation of Team GEV

We are proud to have developed a training Academy for future employees in each operational location.

By working closely with the local engineering universities, we identify the best talent who we believe would be capable of becoming future members of Team GEV.

Once selected, graduates go through an intensive, guided learning programme of technical theory and in field mentored experience. They receive soft skill training to give them additional qualities needed to meet the high expectations we have of Team GEV.

We then accelerate their learning plan with internationally recognised, independent industry qualifications that reassure our customers that Team GEV are the best choice when it comes to selecting a local supplier.
